SHIPPING INFORMATION

FIND Collective ships jewellery from Hobart, Tasmania, with orders carefully packaged by the artists.

A small selection of the jewellery available in our Salamanca gallery is offered through our online store. Occasionally an online piece may be held in the artist's workshop rather than at the gallery and will be dispatched directly from there.

Shipping within Australia is $16 and orders are sent using Australia Post Express Post with tracking.

In-stock jewellery is usually processed and dispatched within 3 business days of your order being placed.

Delivery times after dispatch vary depending on your location and Australia Post's delivery network. Please refer to Australia Post for current Express Post delivery estimates to your area.

If your purchase is time-dependent, such as for a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion, please contact us before purchasing and we will be happy to confirm the expected dispatch timeframe.

Some jewellery is made to order or requires a custom size. Where this applies, it will be clearly stated in the product listing.

For custom orders, we will advise you of the expected making timeframe within 48 hours of your order enquiry or placement. As a general guide, please allow up to 14 days for custom-made pieces, including custom sizes, although some work may take longer depending on the artist and the piece.

If you require your jewellery by a particular date, please contact us before ordering.

Australia Post Extra Cover and Signature on Delivery can be arranged for orders where additional delivery protection is required.

Extra Cover provides additional cover for loss or damage while your parcel is being carried by Australia Post, subject to Australia Post's terms and conditions.

Please contact us at sales@findcollective.com.au before purchasing if you would like Extra Cover or Signature on Delivery added to your order. We can provide a quote for the additional cost and arrange payment.

Adding optional postal services may result in a short delay before dispatch.

Australian Express Post orders include Australia Post tracking. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

If your tracking indicates a problem, your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, or your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact FIND Collective so that we can investigate the delivery with Australia Post.

International shipping is considered on a case-by-case basis and may not be available to every destination.

If you are outside Australia and would like to purchase jewellery from FIND Collective, please contact us before placing your order. We will let you know whether shipping to your location can be arranged and provide the available delivery options and costs.

Online purchases can also be arranged for collection from the FIND Collective gallery at Salamanca Arts Centre in Hobart.

If you would prefer to collect your purchase in person, select the available collection option when ordering or contact us to arrange collection.
