SHIPPING AND SHOP POLICIES

Orders of stock jewellery items received between Monday and Friday will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours.

For Custom orders you will be advised how long the order will take to fill within 48 hours of order enquiry/placement but commonly allow up to 14 days for custom-made items, including custom sizes.

For time-dependent purchases (birthdays, anniversaries etc) feel free to request expected delivery times before purchase.

Please note: items purchased from the 20th Anniversary Exhibition items will be ready to post, or collect, from March 2nd 2022.

i Items will be sent via Australia Post Standard or Express.

Standard Post - $13 Express Post - $16

Signature on Delivery option also available.

Standard - $15 Express - $18

We recommend Postage Insurance (Extra Cover).

This can be selected at checkout and will be calculated according to your order total.

Postage Insurance is via Australia Post.

 

iii FIND Contemporary Jewellery Collective has no control over postal and customs services and is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost or stolen during delivery.

Replacements, Refunds and Exchanges

We respect your consumer rights...

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

If there is a problem with your purchased items please contact us with details to begin the refund/exchange process.

 

Our policy…

Refunds: We will refund the purchase price of any faulty product.

Exchanges for style: We do offer an exchange policy whereby we will exchange work in an original and unworn condition for work from the same artist, within 2 weeks of the original purchase.

Exchange for size: May not be possible for one-off designs. If they can be resized an additional fee may apply

Please note: Customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges.

 

The following rules apply to accepted refunds/exchanges...

· Goods must be returned within 5 business days of receiving your package.

· The item must be in its original condition. Exchanges or refunds will not be accepted if the product is damaged or worn.

· Customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges.

· Cash on Delivery returns will not be accepted.

· We advise that you send the merchandise back to us using a method of postage that can be tracked and insured. We cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or missing parcels.

· All goods are your responsibility until they reach our return address.

· The refund/exchange will be processed within 5 days of the returned item being received by us. Please note that it may then take 3-5 working days for the refund to reach your account.

· Refunds are not guaranteed until the product is assessed for fault.

Repairs

· Repairs to damaged goods are assessed by case and may incur a fee.

· Customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for repairs unless a product fault or failure has occurred.
